About Master Koka Fukushima
Ms. Fukushima started her studies in
Sogetsu
Ikebana in 1960 and she received the
teacher
diploma in 1965. In 1970, she began
holding
clasess for foreigners. Since 1982,
in her
capacity as Headquarters instructor,
she
has sent by Sogetsu Foundation and
Japan
Foundation to give demonstrations and
workshops
in more than 40 countries in Europe,
Africa,
Asia, etc., as a cultural envoy of
Japan.
Currently, She is a first class teacher"Riji"
of Sogetsu School, and Lecturer for
International
Class at Sogetsu Foundation and she
she also
holds individual classes at two locations
in Tokyo.
